Welcome to CineMaps. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Information in CineMaps is for entertainment. Many locations are private homes or working businesses. Be respectful, follow local laws and posted signs, and do not trespass. You are responsible for your own safety.

Accuracy and access

Location information is provided on a best-effort basis. Locations may be approximate or change over time. We do not guarantee public access to any place.

User content

If you upload photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant CineMaps permission to display them. We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

Moderation and reporting

Report a photo by long-pressing it and choosing Report photo. Report scene tips by long-pressing a tip. You may block an uploader to hide their content. We review every report and remove violating content and offending users within 24 hours. Email 17tr76@gmail.com for help.

Weekly hunt shout-outs

On-device shout-outs on the weekly hunt are stored only on the user’s device and are not a public social feed.

Account termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Film titles and poster images belong to their respective owners. Film data and posters are provided by TMDB; CineMaps is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Third-party services

TMDB and Google Maps terms also apply when you use features powered by those services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CineMaps is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CineMaps and Zero Delta, LLC are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or travel to any location.
